Audition and Representation Workshop!

On Sunday, November 9th, 2025 from we are excited to offer this amazing collaborative workshop led by Melissa Paradice, Director of Asylum Casting and Deirdre McCarthy, Talent Manager for WSM Talent. This is an IN PERSON workshop taking place at Asylum Casting in Boston! This workshop will be broken down into 2 different 2 hour sections. Part 1 is all about upping your audition game. Learn how to deliver compelling performances that make you stand out and how to master the technical aspects of self-taping—whether you’re in front of the camera or behind the mic. Participants will receive personalized feedback and actionable strategies to improve their auditions, direct from the minds of people IN the industry. Part 2 will focus on getting representation. Learn the process of researching representation, both agents and managers, how to best put yourself out there to be seen and get signed by someone that fits your needs as well as what your reps do to make sure you're getting the auditions that suit you best.
